First Five Shasta- little investments, big returns

First Five Shasta assigned Underground with three tasks. First, we were charged with developing a multi year campaign that would establish early childhood development as a priority issue in Shasta County among opinion leaders and policy maker. Second, we had to find and deliver the most compelling messages to our opinion leaders in Shasta County. And last but not least we had to create a parallel message delivered to parents and caregivers.
